Gujarati Style Methi Thepla Delicious Recipe

Theplas are Gujarati spiced roti, they’re so comforting and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. Fenugreek is a special veggie. Most other bitter greens are great in pacifying Kapha during the transition from winter to spring but are cold and bitter causing Vata aggravation. Fenugreek, however, is bitter but also heating.

3. Heat the pan on medium flame. Take the ball we prepared, dip it in wheat flour and roll it well. Keep them a little thick. Once done transfer it to the pan. After 3-4 minutes spread ghee on the top and flip the Thepla. Cook it well from both sides.
