Later this emotion is converted into memory and stored in the nervous system. If we want we can create this emotion.

Next is body language and body tone has a direct impact on our body. Focusing on feelings and saying that feelings and using physiology, we can produce emotion and take advantage of those emotions. Every emotion whether it is positive or negative, all this emotion is made for helping us. Instead of avoiding this emotion, we can use it, by changing the meaning behind emotion and using the power of language.
The feeling that bothers you most is fear, which is a composition of worry and fear. The message behind is this emotion is that our brain is trying to tell you that something unusual will happen. So, it is not a fear, it is an action signal. If you are prepared and feel scared, this action signal that what will be happening is a very important event. It means that you have prepared everything except your mind, Asked yourself what you want to feel, the answer will calm and strong. Sometimes for an important event, you feel fear, it is quite obvious. Inside of being in fear, this time you can perform well.

You need to give correct direction toward these emotions. By changing the body language and breathing style you can control your anger. By controlling this emotion you can develop a new personality.
