How to make Black Forest Cake

Ingredients:

For the cake:

 Maida- 2/3 cup Maida (150 gms)

Butter- 100 gms (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)

Sugar - 200 gms (slightly less than a cup)

Chicken eggs- 3

Dark chocolate - ¼ cup (50 gms)

Cocoa powder - 1 cup

Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp

Instant coffee powder- 1 tbsp

For Sugar Syrup:

 Water- 250 ml

Sugar- 200 gms

Cinnamon- 1 inch

Another 400 ml whipping cream

Policy:

Boil water and put a cup in it and add 3 cups of dark chocolate to melt it. In the same microwave, heat for 30 seconds. Heat the chocolate directly.

Now add softened butter and sugar and beat well on medium flame

Now lay 3 chicken eggs together and beat for a long time until it boils well on high speed. The better the sugar melts and the better the foam, the better the cake will swell.

Now add the melted chocolate and mix well

Now sift and add flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. After frying, add vanilla essence and instant coffee powder and mix in the cut and fold method. The cake will not rise properly if mixed in reverse.

Now put butter on the cake mold, pour the cake flour in it, preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. In the same cooker, cut off the cooker gas, remove the whistle, place the lid on the inside, heat for 10 minutes on high flame, then put the cake mold on the lid and bake on low flame for 40 minutes.

After that, if a stick is stuck to the defects, it will come clean and the cake will be baked perfectly

Boil water for sugar syrup and add cinnamon sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves.

Put the whipping cream in a bowl and beat on high speed until the cream hardens. Make sure the cream does not fall under the bowl. To do so you need to beat at high speed for a long time.

When the baked cake is completely cool then remove the top layer

Now roll the cake and cut it into 2 layers at 3 inches

Now put the bottom layer of cake on a plate and rub it well with sugar syrup and then spread the cream.

Now the first layer is to remove the layer on top of the cake, spread it with sugar syrup and spread the cream.

Now put the middle layer, moisten with sugar syrup, spread the cream and spread the sides with the cream.

Then grate the dark chocolate up to 50gms on top of the cake and sprinkle with a little grated cider.

Now put the flowers on the sides of the cake with the design you like and place the cherries on top of the flowers.

When the cake is done, put it in the fridge for an hour and then cut it.
