How to make Caramel Kheer and Chocolate Lassi

 

“Caramel Pudding” This is a very trendy pudding for star hotels. Very very tasty. Very easy to make, unlike the usual semia pudding, this time everyone will like to try it out. It tastes like a little eaten with a very good flavor.

Ingredients:

 Semia- 1 cup

 Sugar- 1/4 cup

 Milk- 1 liter

 Ghee- 2 tbsps

 Cashew- 2 tbsps

Policy:

Melt the ghee and add sesame seeds and cook on low flame till golden brown. Add cashew nuts and fry till they turn red.

Slowly add milk and cook on medium flame. Semia takes at least 15 minutes to simmer.

While cooking, add 3 cups of sugar and leave it on a medium flame. The sugar melts and becomes watery for a while, then the syrup turns golden when mixed well.

As soon as it turns golden, pour in the softened semia. It overflows well when poured.

Mix the caramel well, add another cup of sugar and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve hot or cold.

Tips:

This recipe is very easy to make but the flavor is the same as the caramel sauce you make.

No matter how late it is, the caramel sauce will overflow and spoil the taste.

Don't overdo it, all the flavor comes from the caramel.

"Chocolate Lassi"

"Chocolate Lassi" is a delicious lassi that makes you want to drink a little more and more. Kids love it so much. Also very easy to do. Make in 2 minutes if all is ready. Everyone makes lassi but in my style the lassi is thick and very tasty as creamy.

There is a small tip to it, so it comes out perfect if you do. It's perfect for special occasions, or parties and even in the summer.

Ingredients:

Cold Delicious Creamy Yogurt- 300 gms

Put in the freezer for an hour and churn milk - 200 ml

Sugar- 2 tbsps

Chocolate syrup- 2 tbsps

Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp

Policy:

Place in a mixing jar and blend for 2 minutes on high-speed, then serve cold.

Tips:

The yoghurt used should be lukewarm and the ice should not be used if the milk is frozen

The taste of lassi is very different from the taste of ice when it is frozen

Blend as high as possible and then the foam will be very tasty.
