Buttermilk Gherkins This is also known as some cold gherkins or betel nut gherkins! These are ready in just 10 minutes. It's a great way to spend time with your loved ones. These are so much tastier and crispier than ordinary sparklers! It's good that these guys are crunchy for a long time!
Ingredients:
Beets- 2 cups
Sour yogurt- 1 cup
Reduce greens- 2 tsps
Ginger extract- 1 tsp
Asparagus- ¼ spoon
Cumin- 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander Drain- 2 tsps
Not enough to fry in oil
Policy:
Add water and let it soak for 5 minutes till the beets are submerged.
After 5 minutes, add water to the batter and knead the dough into a bowl.
Now add salt, salt, cumin, asparagus, coriander leaves and sour yoghurt to the batter and mix well until the batter is soft.
Now wet your hands and knead a small lump of dough in hot oil and fry until red and crispy on medium flame.
These take longer to speed up than normal lightning bolts.
Once it turns into a nice golden color, pull it aside.
Tips:
Use only thick layers and thin ones will not work for this.
You can also add onion if you like.
It tastes like sour yogurt though.
If the flour is mixed too hard, the fritters will harden like sticks, and if slippery, the oil will absorb well.
