This sandwich is very special in Iyengar Bakery. Very spicy, especially for those who like Telugu. Not to mention college students about this sandwich, who must have tasted Iyengar bakeries.
Available on a budget. It tastes great once in a while instead of a daily breakfast, otherwise it is also perfect as an evening snack. Kids will enjoy a lot with ketchup.
Ingredients:
Cabbage Drain- 1 cup
Reduce onion- 1 cup
Thinly slice the greens- 2
Carrot grater- 1 cup
Capsicum depletion- 1 cup
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice
Coriander leaves- ½ bundle
Lemon juice- ½ wood
Oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard- ½ tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper- ½ tsp
Garam masala- ½ tsp
Butter- 1 tbsp
Sandwich Bread Slices- 6
Policy:
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion and fry for just one minute.
Then add tomato paste, green chillies paste, capsicum paste, carrot paste and fry for one minute. Add cabbage, salt, chilli and garam masala and fry for one minute.
Now add coriander and lemon juice, mix well and let it cool completely.
Now melt the butter on the pan and put the bread slices and roast till it turns light golden color.
Now put the cabbage stuffing on the bread and put another slice on top and cut.
It is very tasty with tomato ketchup.
Tips:
You can also use brown bread for this.
Vegetables should not be over-fried. Just toss for 2 minutes and that's it.
The rest of the chilies can be adjusted to suit you.
