I would say Child Raita in almost every biryani, pulav recipe or not, that’s it! Raita is what everyone does, but to make the taste perfect you need to add only a few, just a little. How much is that? How to cook it all is in great detail in the recipe.

This is such a perfect raita that I will never give up again after eating raita in my style.

Some tips for the best farmer:

The yogurt should be delicious and fresh. The cream should be removed. Must be cool.

Make sure there is as much water-free frozen yogurt as possible.

I do not use fresh cream, it is ready - made. If not, you can use unsweetened milk cream.

This raita is much tastier if you add some more than just adding whatever you like to the curry pieces.

Naturally everyone uses mint in raita but the strong flavor of mint changes the raita taste to aroma.

There is a recipe called Mint Raita which I will say one more time.

You can bring cold raita to make raita, or chill it all together.

In it I use chat masala, chat masala tastes uniquely fragrant. Do not add lemon juice if the chat is not spicy. Raita is getting sour.

Do not add a little water in the farmer.

Roasted cumin powder also tastes very good.

Add the chopped green chillies and saut in the middle.
