Ingredients
1 kg mutton
30 small onions
1 large onion
4 tomatoes
2 green chillies
10 cannabis chillies
8 cloves garlic
2 piece ginger
2 tablespoons grated coconut
Tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon slut
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon anise
1 piece bar
4 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 star flower
The required amount of oil
Salt as needed

Mutton broth recipe:
First chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic, ginger, and caraway, grate the coconut, and wash the mutton thoroughly and place it in a bowl. Now put a pan in the oven over medium heat and pour 2 tablespoons of oil in it and heat it. After frying in oil, add cumin, cumin, pepper, anise, and dried chillies and fry for about a minute. After a minute add 10 to 12 small onions, garlic, and ginger and fry until the garlic turns green. When the green smell of the pound disappears, add the grated coconut and fry it for about a minute.
Turn off the stove after a minute and pour the steamed spices on a plate, spread well and let it cool for a while. When it cools, transfer it to a mixing jar and grind it first, then add the required amount of water, grind it well and put it in a bowl. Next put a pan in the oven over medium heat and pour 3 tablespoons of oil in it and bake it. After frying in oil, add peel, cloves, cardamom and star flower and fry for about half a minute. After half a minute, add 20 chopped onions, one large onion and green chillies and fry till the onion turns golden brown. When the onion turns golden, add the chopped tomatoes and caraway seeds, stir well and fry for about 4 to 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes add turmeric powder and required amount of salt, stir well and cook till the tomatoes are well cooked. When the tomato is well cooked, put the mutton we have cleaned and washed in it, leave it to simmer until it is ripe and well seasoned and let it boil for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add the ground spices, stir well, add 6 cups of water, mix well and bring to a boil. (Check the salt and add salt if necessary.) When the broth boils well, put a lid on and let it boil for about an hour. After an hour open the lid and stir with a fork then sprinkle a little caraway in it and stir again with a fork and take it out of the oven and serve hot. Now prepare your hot and very thick mutton broth. Make sure you do this at home and enjoy the taste with your family.
