Green lentil  / Green gram Halwa recipe:
First wash the green lentils well, soak them in water for about 5 to 6 hours and then chop the almonds, cashews and pistachios into small pieces and place in a bowl. After 6 hours drain the green lentils well and wash it once again then put it in a mixing jar and grind it well and put it in a bowl. Now put a pan in the oven on medium heat and pour a cup of water in it then add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron flower and keep stirring well with a spoon until the sugar dissolves well. When the sugar is well dissolved, turn off the stove and lower the sugar from the oven. Then put a pan in the oven over medium heat and pour a cup of ghee in it and let it melt. Once the ghee is melted add semolina and peanut flour and mix well and fry it for about a minute. After a minute add the green lentils that we have grinded in it and mix it well and keep stirring it with a spoon till it becomes slightly golden. When it is lightly browned, add the sugar syrup we have made and mix it well and fry it till the ghee separates until the halwa is well browned. (Continue to knead the halwa with a spoon.) Once the ghee separates, add the chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews, and raisins, mix well and cook for about a minute. Turn off the stove after a minute and take the green lentil halwa and put it in a bowl and serve hot. Now prepare your hot and most delicious green lentil halwa. Make sure you do this at home and have fun with your family.
