 Black gram - 1 bowl
 Semolina - 4 tablespoons
 Curd - 2 tablespoons
 Chutney - 1 tablespoon
 Salt-wise
 Roasted Cumin - 1 small spoon
 Ginger-garlic paste - 1 small spoon
 Green chili - 2
 Coriander - finely chopped - 1 large spoon
 Method:
 Step 1 To make this special and healthy cutlet, first boil black gram. When it boils, cool it down a little.
Step 2
 Then grind it well by adding black gram, green chillies, chutney, salt and yogurt to the grinder. Step 3
Now take semolina in a bowl and add a mixture of roasted cumin, ginger-garlic paste and ground gram to it well. Mix it up.
 Step 4
Set the prepared mixture aside for 15 minutes, so that the semolina dissolves well as the semolina takes a little time to dissolve.
Step 5
You have to make a thick paste, otherwise there is a problem in making the cutlets. . If you want, you can also add some bread crumbs to it.

 Now divide this mixture into several parts and give a round shape. Heat the oil in the pan and fry these semolina oval snacks until they turn light brown.
