Peach Banana Protein Smoothie in just 5 minutes


Hello, smoothie lovers. Here is a whole new recipe of smoothie, which would have the goodness of protein and delicious taste of peach. It is super easy to make this recipe we just need some basic ingredients and to bring the uniqueness in the taste we will be adding a secret ingredient which is cinnamon powder. Cinnamon powder has amazing medicinal properties, rich in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, lowers blood sugar levels, apart and above all the best thing is that it bring an amazing taste to any protein shake or smoothie. The goodness of the banana will give you the potassium that would also help your body against high blood pressure . Peaches are well known for protecting skin, keeping allergies away, and is full of nutrients, and anti-oxidants.
So, let us get started.

  • 1 ripe banana.
  • cinnamon powder.
  • 100-150 ml of dairy milk (or any other milk of your choice).
  • 1 cup of chopped peach.
Recipe:
  • Use frozen fruits or keep them for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator to cool.
  • Cut one banana into pieces after removing the peel, then chop 1 cup of peaches.
  • Add the fruits to a mixer grinder blender.
  • Now, add about 100 to 150 ml of milk of your choice (prefer dairy milk), the amount depends on the level of thickness you desire. Some people are lactose intolerant, so they could use any other milk like almond milk, soy milk, etc.
  • Now, blend them till it forms an even consistency.
  • Pour it into a glass and add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Make sure you only add a pinch for one glass because too much of it would disturb the taste but the right amount will bring a unique flavor to it.
  • stir well and serve.
