Required things: Pasteurization - a cup, Jaggery - 100 g, Coconut – one, Cashews, grapes - per 10, Cardamom powder - a pinch, Ghee - the required amount, Oil - a little
Recipe: Grind the coconut and take out the milk. Soak the paste and grind nicely. Grease a plate with oil, pour in the batter and steam. After cooling, cut into small pieces. In a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. In a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil, add a little water and cardamom powder. Then add coconut milk, bring to a boil and add ghee-fried cashews and raisins. Prepare delicious ada prime. This is the traditional food of Kerala.
Note: Readymade dough pieces are also available in stores. You can do this too.
Ragi flat:
Required things : Ragi flour - 2 tbsp, Large onion – 1, Dried chillies – 3, Cumin - 1 tbsp, Peanuts - 2 tablespoons (if needed), Mustard - 1 tbsp, Lentils - 1 tbsp, Pumpkin - a pinch, Curry leaves - a little, Garlic - 5 cloves, Salt - as needed, Oil - 5 tbsp
Recipe: Finely chop the onion. Pinch the chillies into small pieces. Put cashew dough in a bowl and add salt, chopped onion, chilli pieces, cumin and ground peanuts. Drain a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, lentils, eggplant, curry leaves and crushed garlic and pour in the flour. Then sprinkle the required amount of water on it and knead. The flour should be slightly looser than the chapati dough. Place the pebbles in the oven and rub in a little oil. Put the oven on medium heat. Dip one hand into warm water, pausing between layers to allow them to dry. Pour a teaspoon of oil around the pan and bring to a boil. (Cover and boil quickly). When one side is cooked, turn over and fasten the other side. Prepare delicious nutritious cashew dough.
