- 2 cups green peas (boiled)
- a piece of ginger (grated)
- 4 potatoes (boiled and grated)

First of all, you have to take a bowl and mix green peas, ginger, potatoes, salt, green chillies, cumin powder, cornflour and half a bread crust and mix it well.
- Make a medium size tikki by applying a little oil on the palms. Now put bread powder around it. Apply oil in a nonstick pan and bake the tikkis till they turn golden in color. Serve with green chutney and tamarind and dates chutney.
