Daniel Craig is about to retire with No Time to Die, the relief at MI6 is imminent and speculation about who the new James Bond should be abounds. There has been talk of a black 007, a woman 007 . But what about a Kryptonian 007? According to a new artificial intelligence that is in charge of carrying out casting processes, Henry Cavill would be the perfect option to take over the role.
In a study carried out by Largo.ai , artificial intelligence software has been used to compare the attributes of an actor and those of James Bond, and thus find the candidates most likely to provoke positive reactions in the audience.
Among British actors, a nationality that has accompanied the character since its inception, Cavill has achieved a score of 92.3%, followed by Richard Armitage (92%) and Idris Elba (90.9%). However, by opening the studio to international performers, Karl Urban (The Boys) has unseated Cavill as the perfect Bond with 96.7%. Right after would be Chris Evans (93.9%), followed by Will Smith (92.2%).
The study also wanted to take women into account for a possible female Bond, and Gina Carano (The Mandalorian) was the first with 97.3%, ranking ahead of male actors. They are followed by Katee Sackhoff (94.4%) and Angelina Jolie (94.2%).
In spite of everything, at the moment everything indicates that the next James Bond will be a man and a British man, so Cavill would be the best option according to this artificial intelligence.
As the North American publication recalls, the actor was on the verge of becoming James Bond in 2005, but eventually Craig got the role. Two years ago, during the promotional tour of Mission: Impossible - Fallout, the Briton assured that he would like to get into the shoes of the iconic spy, and added that, in addition, the Tom Cruise saga had prepared him for it.
