The most searched topic in internet these days is exercise, diet and fitness. Staying fit is good but the method used to reduce weight loss must not affect our health. Gaining weight can make us feel depressed and feel low about ourselves. Some people eat lesser food and take several tablets for weight loss which can initially make them slim but, they lack hope when they regain back their weight. Reducing weight is always a long process and it must be followed in our entire lifetime.
The first simple exercise that can be followed is drawing an eight shaped structure in our terrace and walking along the line. This exercise has proved excellent results when done faster. Initially, start with 25 counts and try increasing the count slowly and after a month you will be capable of walking nearly 200 counts per day. This has to be done at a faster speed and is highly recommended to be followed in the morning, after a cup of lemon water.
The second exercise that must be done is standing in one leg. The other leg must be positioned in your thigh, above the knee. Set a timer for 1 minute or you can have 30 counts per leg. Keep changing the position of legs and repeatedly do this exercise increasing the counts each day. Most house wives think, they walk every day from kitchen to hall and they have no time to sit, but still no weight loss. This is because we must spend special time and concentrate only in our body during the scheduled time. You must schedule minimum 10 minutes per day to exercise and when done repeatedly, you can surely lose weight. It is better to write in a note the exercises you have to do the next day. This helps you to avoid being lazy to do it.
