Maggi noodles in a spicy makhani sauce is a tomato-based gravy with the hint of Kasuri methi and butter.
Ingredients required:
- Maggi packets 2
- Tomatoes chopped 2 medium
- Dried red chilies 2
- Cashew nuts - 7 or 8
- Garlic cloves - 3 or 4
- Pinch of Kasuri methi
- Red chilly powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt (according to your taste)
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Heat water in the vessel, boil Maggi and drain the extra water and keep it aside.
3. Add 1 tbsp of butter in the pan and add prepared paste, mix well and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, Maggi masala, and salt to taste and cook well.
