New Delhi: A team of 19 world-class health experts has proposed a three-phase plan for vaccine distribution. The team suggests, the first phase of vaccine delivery should be vaccinated only for premature death and those who are seriously affected (Corona patients). Generally, the global health index is based on this basis.
The WHO says that by the middle of 2021, Vaccine of this deadly pandemic may come. Although large-scale manufacture of the vaccine is impossible in the beginning. Therefore, the health expert must decide in advance whom should the vaccine be given first.
Second phase should encourage vaccine distribution on the basis of economic condition. In this stage, emphasis has been given to provide vaccines to the poor sections, so that the pandemic does not affect them. However, at this stage also, special care has to be taken of the patients suffering from premature death.
The third phase of vaccine delivery will have to work keeping in mind the transmission of the virus. The containment zones in all the countries need to provide vaccines first to prevent the virus from spreading. However, to prevent virus transmission, all countries will require a sufficient amount of vaccine. In each phase, only a certain number of vaccines will be allocated to each country.
In contrast, WHO plans to start by vaccinating 3% of the population of each country. After this, people get vaccinated according to the proportion of the population. This process will continue until about 20% of the citizens of each country are vaccinated.
Ezekine J, a major research researcher at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States says that it is important to distribute the corona vaccine in a fair manner among people. Generally, we decide that the vaccine should be given first, only after seeing the delicate condition of the patient.
So far, more than 20 million cases of coronavirus have been reported in the whole world. Of these, more than 8 lakh 83 thousand have died. India ranks third among the countries that have suffered Corona. After America and Brazil, more than 41 lakh people in India are corona infected.
