We know in today's world people don't take care of their health and hygiene. They are busy in their own work and hence their immune system become weak. Your diet should contain fresh and green vegetables and protien riched foods like egg. You can also eat fresh fruits like apple and banana. Drink plenty of water Avoid eating fast and fried foods like pizza and burger. Eat a weight balanced diet. If you will eat these fast foods then your body will suffer from obesity. So always try to fresh and healthy foods.

Meditation is on of the best way to get rid from heart diseases, high blood pressure, pain, stress and harassment. Exercises are considered as the best way to improve your health and hygiene. Doing exercise and Yoga will help in weight management and will improve your bone and muscle health.

  • Avoid smoking and drinking because these things can damage your body parts like liver and lungs. Get regular medical checkup in time. Don't take stress and harrasment, try to spend time with your family. Get enough sleep.
