Ingredients:

  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp * Salt - to taste
  • Water - Necessary amount

To put inside ...

  • Potatoes - 2 (steamed and mashed)
  • Peas - 1 cup (steamed)
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green chilies - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cumin - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Jasmine powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander - 3 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste

Recipe:

  • First take the flour, lobster, salt and oil in a bowl, add the required amount of water, knead well into the puri flour cover, cover with a plate and soak for 30 minutes.
  • Then put a frying pan in the oven, pour oil in it and when it is hot, add cumin, tamarind, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, onion, salt and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Then add peas and all the spices and stir well.
  • Then add the mashed potatoes, stir well, sprinkle the coriander on top and let Freddy cool down.
  • Next, knead the flour dough into small balls. At the same time make the potato spice into small balls.
  • Then take a flour ball and rub it in a circle and cut it in half circle with a knife.
  • Now take a semi-circular flour dough, rub water on its edges, then place a potato ball in the center and fold it into a samosa shape. Make all the dough in the same way.
  • Finally put a frying pan in the oven and heat it by pouring enough oil to fry it.
  • Then put the prepared samosas in oil and fry until golden, then the delicious Punjabi samosa is ready.
