Required things:
- Algae lentils - 1/4 cup
 - Green lentils - 1/4 cup
 - Peanuts - 1/4 cup
 - Chickpeas - 1/4 cup
 - Pulses - 1/4 cup
 - Lentils - 1/4 cup
 - Mysore lentils - 1/4 cup
 - black chickpeas - 1/4 cup
 - Rice - 2 cups
 - oil - 1 tbsp
 - Cumin - 2 tbsp
 - fennel powder - 1 tbsp
 - vermicelli - 2
 - curry leaves - a little
 - zucchini - 4 tbsp (poached) )
 - Chili Powder - 2 tbsp
 - Salt - to taste
 - Oil - Dosage
 
Recipe:
- First soak all the lentils and rice in water for at least 4 hours.
 - Then wash it well, put it in a mixing jar or grinder and grind well.
 - Then put a frying pan in the oven, pour oil in it and when it is hot, add cumin, fennel powder, chilli and curry leaves and season.
 - Then add the grated zucchini, stir well for 5 minutes and mix with the ground flour.
 - Add chilli powder and required amount of salt and stir well. Now the dough is ready.
 - Then put the dosa in the stone oven, when the stone is hot, bake the dosa with the flour, pour the oil and cook until golden brown before and after, the delicious zucchini toast is ready! Coconut chutney would be great for this dough.
