To make a perfect neer dosa you must have patience now why I am telling this you will get to know soon keep on reading full article.
Very first thing what we have to do is wash the rice alteast 3 times this will make the rice completely clean after then put methi Dana and the water remember that the water should be double then rice and soak it for atleast 6 hours after then drain out the water in a seperate bowl and add this soaked rice to the mixer jar and add the coconut to it now wait a minute do not add coconut like this only first remove its brown part and then chop it to medium size then add this to the jar now use the water which we used to soak the rice using that water only we are going to grind this batter to a smooth paste like other dosas there should not be roughness of the rice batter try to grind it as smooth as you can if the mixer gets heated up then wait for a while and then again grind it once the batter has become perfect remove it to a bowl and then put some more water to the mixing jar so that the remaining batter can be taken out easily for the measurement we require exactly 2 cups of water then mix the batter using spoon or ladle then add salt to it and mix it again you will notice that the batter is not thick as we are making neer dosa there is the need of lot of water into it and batter will be thin.
Now it's time to make dosas it would be better if you take non stick pan to make this dosas it will ease your work what you have to do is heat the pan to medium temperature adjust the flame to slow to medium then grease the pan with oil and then wipe it out with a tissue then put 1 ladle full of batter to the pan and rotate the pan so that the batter can spread evenly now allow it to be cooked once you find that the batter is dried up on the top surface and feels like it is cooked then this is the right time to take it out to serving plate it takes approximately 2 minutes to make 1 dosa serve this with the potato mutter gravy and coconut chutney or you can serve it with any other gravy or chutney as per your choice enjoy this tasty neer dosa with your family and friends.
