Want to make some special dish for the party, try the cheese with a new combination and give a new twist to the Chinese flavor.
Chilli Paneer
material:
250 grams Paneer (cut into square pieces)
1 - 1 green, yellow and red capsicum, half a cup of onions ((all cut into large pieces)
- 1 tsp butter, vinegar, cornflour, shezwan sauce and soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato catch
1 tbsp green chilli sauce salt as per taste, pinch of ginger powder
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 piece of ginger (finely chopped)
2-3 green chillies (lengthened)
Half a cup of oil
A little green onion (finely chopped)
Method:
Cut paneer, all three capsicum and onion into big and square pieces.
For the marination, add cornflour, salt, dry ginger powder, half a tablespoon garlic paste and vinegar to the bowl.
Marinate the paneer pieces in this paste and keep it for 15 minutes.
Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the marinated paneer till it becomes golden.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the remaining garlic paste, chopped ginger and green chillies on high heat.
Add all the capsicum and onion.
Add the Szewan sauce, tomato catchup, chili sauce and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Add melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mix fried cheese and mix well.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
