To make besan peda what the first thing we have to remember is that the besan should be very fine it should be little bit hard means the flour should not have to be grinded very fine, now lets see how we have to make peda out of it.
In a pan add desi ghee and then add besan to it and on the low flame roast the besan until you get nice aroma out of it once you start roasting you will understand that also you will find the Colour has also been changed slightly it will take approximately 5 minutes after then add dedicated coconut to it and roast it for another 3 to 4 minutes after then what is then next thing we have to do is add milk to it do not add all the milk at a time just keep on adding little by little and keep stirring and then also add yellow food colour and cardamom powder at this time and you will need to cook this for atleast 5 to 7 minutes you will get the Dough consistently while cooking after then off the flame and remove it in a bowl and allow it to be cooled once it get cool and can be touched easily then add sugar powder to it and kneed it well so that the sugar gets mixed very well after then what we have to do is make small small pedas out of it and put pistachio and almonds pieces on to it to garnish it, this besan pedas are very tasty and delicious and once if you make it you will make it every time on any of the occasion enjoy this delicious recipe with all your family and friends in this festival.
