Make omlet without egg know the full recipe

Ingredients:

  1. chickpea flour (besan ka aata) 1 cup
  2. All purpose flour (maida) 3 tsp
  3. Baking powder 1 tsp
  4. 1 medium sized onion
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. Fresh coriander leaves 3 tsp
  9. Water to make the batter
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Oil 2 to 3 tsp

method:

To make the omlet first we will sieve maida and besan together after then chop the onion and green chillies also chop the fresh coriander leaves, now transfer the besan and maida which we sieve to a bowl now add baking powder, salt, chopped green chili, onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder and coriander powder mix them all together after then keep on adding water little by little and keep mixing the batter so that no lumps to be formed into our batter also the batter should not be to thick else it will become dosa we want to make omlet out of it hence we want a bit flowing consistency of batter which can be pour easily.

Now in a pan put some oil and grease it well so that the oil should be in all the sides of the pan and keep the flame to medium now take one paddle of the batter and pour it into the pan after then move the pan so that the batter to be spread evenly and then allow it to be cooked to one side after then flip it to other side and allow it to cook then remove it to serving plate make all the omlet in the same manner and serve it with naan or bread as per your choice.
