 2 teaspoon cumin seeds

 2 tablespoons dry peppermint

 2 dry red chillies

 1 teaspoon rock salt

 1 teaspoon black salt (if eaten on a fast)

 1 teaspoon sugar

 1/2 teaspoon pepper

 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

 Method:

 Step 1

Fry cumin seeds in a pan and fry it without any oil or ghee.

Step 2

Now grind it in a grinder by adding black pepper, red chillies, rock salt, sugar, mango powder etc.

Step 3

Take care of this It is not to use oil, ghee or water in any way. If all things are not well mixed, then try once more.

This spice will take 2 minutes to grind and you can either store it in airtight container or you can make fresh spices daily.
