Method of making

1.First of all soak Kabuli Chanas for overnight. After soaking, wash grams and keep them in the cooker. Mix a small glass of water, eating soda and salt in the cooker. After this, close the lid of the cooker and boil it on high flame on the gas. When 1 whistle comes in the cooker, reduce the flame. After cooking for 5 minutes, turn off the gas and let the gas in the cooker drain. 2.While the chickpeas are getting cold, put 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add pieces of paneer and fry them lightly. 3.After this, mix garam masala and half green coriander in the pan and remove it and keep it aside. Now finely grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger in the mixer. 4.Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to hot oil and fry it. After roasting cumin, mix onion and fry it. After frying the onion, put mango powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and tomato ginger paste in the pan and fry it.

5.When the masala leaves the oil, add a cup of water to it and cook till it boils. After boiling, put boiled chickpeas in the pan and stir. If the chickpeas look too thick, then add more water to it and cook it. 6.After this, put the fried paneer mixture in the pan and stir it. Let it cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the gas and put the remaining coriander in the pan and stir. Now serve it to the family with hot bread or rice.
