Method of making

First of all, put 4 cups of water, color, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon in the pan and offer it on the flame. When the water starts boiling, cook the rice soaked for one hour.

If there is water left over after cooking the rice, filter it and remove it. After this, put the rice in the bhagano again and put sugar in it and cook on low flame.

When the sugar is absorbed by the molasses of sugar, turn off the heat and remove the bhajan and keep it aside.

Now heat the refined oil in a pan and add raisins to it. When the raisins swell, add the tempering to the rice and then take it off the flame and garnish it with dry fruits and feed your family.
