'Monster Hunter' teaser confirms we'll see the movie in 2020. Here's what you sohuld know!

The unfortunate shortage of great premieres this 2020 does not stop adding absences, the last ( and one of the most traumatic ) being caused by the delay of No time to die next year. Before this happened, and almost on the sidelines among other long-awaited blockbusters that were postponed as Black Widow or West Side Story , in June we knew that Monster Hunter had suffered a similar fate, seeing its premiere sent to April 2021.

This adaptation of the Capcom video game franchise has Paul WS Anderson as director and with Milla Jovovich and Tony Jaa as protagonists, and at the moment we had not seen more than a promotional image of her . During Comic Con Russia 2020, however, Sony Pictures has decided to release a short but effective teaser introducing the Monster Hunter world , where the most striking thing was not those immense "Black Diablos" .

Quite the contrary, it was about the date that the teaser set as a date for the premiere: December 2020 . At the end of this year. Which means, it seems, that Sony has changed its mind and will not wait until 2021 to release this science fiction movie. Good news for cinemas increasingly on the verge of collapse , and we hope that it will soon be expanded into a somewhat longer trailer and on a specific day for its release in theaters.
