 Oil - 2-3 tbsp

 Potatoes - 2

 Cauliflower - 1 chopped

 Salt - 1 tsp

 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

 Ginger - 1 inch

 Green chili - 1

 Tomatoes - 2

 Kashmiri red chili - 1 tsp

 Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

 Turmeric powder - 4 tsp

 Curd - 1 bowl

 Water - ½ glass

 Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons

 Garam Masala - ½ tsp

 Cut potatoes and cabbage. Now put oil in the pan and keep it for heating. When the oil is well heated, fry the potatoes and cabbage in it. Keep in mind that you can cook potatoes and cabbage on high heat. While frying, you add salt to it. Take out the cabbage and potatoes after cooking.

 Now add cumin, ginger and green chilli in the same oil. After cooking them all a little, add tomatoes to it. After the tomatoes are cooked, add coriander powder, red chilli, and turmeric powder. After adding the masala, cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.

 Add yogurt to the spices. After a boil, you add fried potatoes and cabbage. Now add a little water to it and cover it and cook for a while. Finally add green coriander and garam masala.

 Note:

 While frying the potatoes and cabbage, keep the flame high. And while frying, do not cover the pan.

 You can also deep fry cauliflower and potatoes.

 If you want some gravy in the vegetable, then add some extra water to it.
