Peanut rice:

Ingredients:
- Peanuts
- Boiled rice
- Urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, sesame seeds
- Dried red chilies, curry leaves
- Oil, salt.
Recipe of peanut rice:
- Take a pan heat 2 spoons of oil add 2 spoons of peanuts, 1 spoon of urad dal, 1 spoon of chana dal, 1 spoon of sesame seeds, 3-4 dried red chilies, and roast them slightly and add 1 spoon of grated coconut and roast then until it turns aromatic.
- Now cool down it completely and grind it into a fine powder.
- Now put a pan on the stove and add 2 spoons of olive oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute them.
- Add boiled rice 2 cups and mix it and also add the peanuts grinded powder, salt and mix it well without breaking the rice.
- Now put the low flame and cover it with a lid and let it be on simmer for 5 minutes so that the aroma and powder sinks into that rice and makes it more tasty.
- That's it finally add roasted peanuts and some coriander leaves on top of it and serve it.
