Masala paratha is a different form of plain paratha, which is quite tasty to eat. On the day when your mind wants to eat paratha, mix some spices and make masala paratha while kneading the dough.
It does not take any time to make masala paratha and it is much easier than other stuffed parathas. You can take it with tea for breakfast or with a dry vegetable in lunch. So, let's see what is the recipe for making masala paratha.

We need-
2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon oil
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon celery
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon red chili powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon mango powder
1 cup water
To make Ghee or Oil Parathas
Method of making
Take 2 cups flour, mix all the spices in it. Then add 1 teaspoon of oil and half a cup of water to it.
Mix as much water as required while kneading the dough.
Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
Then take the dough and make parathas and bake it on both sides by applying ghee or oil on the pan.
Turn off the gas when the parathas are golden. Likewise make all the parathas.
