Exams are a biggest fear among every child and youngsters of our society. Not just because they have the fear of loosing but also because the the mindset and scenario that hada already been made by our elders and guardians that exams are so tough and if you can't succeed at it you'll be a loser. You can control that feeling and think of the situation that you're totally free to get defeated because sucess and failure both are part of our lives. Even failure makes you more stronger. So let's have a look on few tips to tackle the fear of exams.
1. Be positive
First of all you should be positive toward your preparation and also be confident that you can do it. Sometimes confidence is required much more than whatever you've studied. Once you loose your confidence you'll loose everything.

Go through the main points of every topic you'd left because of getting it dificult to understand or huge one at last month of exam. Whatever you observe at the last moment will keep pondering inside your head for some time.

Be physically prepared for exam by having your stationaries, admit card or entry card, etc one day before exam. The day you're leaving for exam is the tougher one and you can forget many important things to do.

Never eat too much before any exam either it's in morning or in 2nd part of the day. Sitting in silence after having food makes your body comfortable to have a nap, so avoid it but did go with empty stomach.
5. Have a good sleep
Last but not the least, never study whole night before any exam. Always have a good and sound sleep before any exam. Sleeping is the diet of your brain and once you loose it your brain will stop working.
All the best if you're getting ready for your examination. Try your level best at the end nobody is going to be Einstein by just passing a exam so keep calm and do your best.
