Fitness is only possible when you maintain the consistency.In a simple way calisthenics otherwise called as bodyweight workouts is itself enough to build your physique. The basic workouts to maintain a physique are push-ups, pull-ups and squats.If you are able to do the above mentioned workouts consistently with proper diet believe me you can master your physique.Whenever anyone thinking of building a physique they will join the gym but it is not at all necessary.Acoording to me gym is just a tool to shape your muscle,but you can build the physique without going to the gym,so gym is not the only option to build your physique.In calisthenics you should follow the principle of progressive overloading means everymonth you should increase your count slightly only then you can build your muscle consistently.While doing workouts you will only break your muscle,the actual growth depends on diet and rest time.Actually you have to take protein double your bodyweight,if your weight is 70 kg then you have to take 140 grams of protein to build muscle.If you just follow these principle consistently believe me you can build your dream physique.You can build the physique only if you stay motivated.If you are inconsistent sorry you should not think of a better physique.Everyone of us knows Arnold,he built his physique just to get food to run a life.You will get motivated if you study some stories of famous bodybuilders like Arnold and Kai greene .
