Creamy mushroom recipe in new easy style

 

Today we will make Mutter mushroom recipe in a unique style. So, let's get started.
Ingredients:--
1) 250 gm mushroom
2) 2 medium sized onions
3) 2 medium sized tomatoes
4) 12-15 cashews
5) 3-4 cloves garlic
6) 1 inch ginger
7) 1 tablespoon oil
8) 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
9) 1 pinch hing
10) 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
11) 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
12) 1 teaspoon coriander powder
13) 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
14) 1 tablespoon food cream or malai
15)  teaspoon salt or as per taste
16) Coriander leaves
17) Kasuri methi

Process:---
To make mushroom curry, we will tak a kadhai , put one tablespoon oil, heat it, and add cumin seed in it , once it sprinkle, add hing . Now add onions, garlic, ginger or cashews and saute it for sometimes. Just wait for onions get transparent. Now add tomatoes in it. Add regular masala like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt according to taste. Cook it for 3,4 minutes so that all masala gets cooked properly. Now, turn the flame off and keep it aside so that it can get cool down. 
To prepare gravy, we will put this all mixture in a grinder jar. Cover the lid and grind it to make a smooth paste.
Gravy is ready.

Now take a another pan, Add some butter in it and one teaspoon of oil, so that the butter will not get burn. Now add mushrooms in the pan put some red chillies powder over mushroom and also add little salt. Keep in mind that we have added some salt in gravy too. So, carefully add salt according. Now fry the mushroom for sometimes. When mushroom get fried and a little brown crisp on it. Now add the gravy on the pan which we had Cooke earlier. Put some kasuri methi or a little dash of water. Cover the pan with a lid, cook it with 4,5 minutes. Add garam masala in it.
Now, it's time to add one tablespoon of food cream or you can also add homemade malai in it . Mix it properly . Switch the gas off.
Creamy mushroom recipe is ready to serve.

While serving, add some coriander leaves and one teaspoon of cream on it.
Serve it with hot chapatis, parathas.
