Method :

Then first take yellow papdi and make small 4-5 cuts with a knife from the edge. Similarly, cut the remaining two colors in the papdi.

Now place all the three papads on top of each other in such a way that there is a large papdi below and the smallest papdi above.

Then put cloves in the middle. Now heat the oil in the pan. Fry the papdi on medium heat.

2)Delicious Dal Baati

Ingredients of lentils:
* 250 grams Tuvar Dal,
* 2 tomatoes,
* 3-4 garlic cloves,

1 teaspoon red chillies,
Loaf spoon turmeric,
* 2 tablespoons oil,
Coriander coriander,
* A pinch of asafoetida, salt,
* 2 teaspoons of sugar,

* Juice of one lemon,

* green coriander.

Method :

Wash the lentils in the cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles. Now make puree of green chillies, ginger, tomatoes, garlic and onions. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, coriander, asafoetida, coconut boora. Now add puree and fry it. Add red chili, turmeric and make gravy. Add boiled lentils and boil 2-3. Add salt, lemon juice or sugar and sugar and sugar. Boil 4-5 turn off the gas. The delicious mansoori dal is ready.
