Dosa is a very healthy recipe and easy to make with just few ingredients like rice and Dal. But what to do if you don't have time to soak rice and Dal for so long hours and process of fermentation. It's just simple. Today I will tell you how can you make instant dosa recipe which tastes so good as normal dosa. And it's very easy to make if you have cravings of eating dosa you can quickly make it on the spot. So let's get started.
Ingredients:--
1) 1 Cup Rice Flour
2) 1 Cup Wheat Flour
3) 1 Cup Suji
4) 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
5) 1/2 Cup Curd ( Dahi )
6) Salt as per taste
So, To prepare instant dosa , first we need to take all the flour together in a bowl. Then, add salt as per your taste. Pour the curd in it and mix it well. Now we will add little water slowly slowly and mix it. By adding water slowly, we will make a thin consistency dosa batter.
Now, we will keep this batter aside for 15--20 minutes so that it will get little thick and rice flour and Suji will be soft.
After 15--20 minutes, we will check the consistency of batter. If it is thick then add little water to make it perfect. Other wise you can
use it as it is.
So, Now put a tawa or pan on the gas. Grease the pan with little oil. Now, take one tablespoon of batter and pour it in the pan . And roll the spoon around to spread the batter evenly. When you see the little holes on dosa just Spray one two drops of oil. Now flip the dosa and fry it from other side. You will see the dosa is perfectly cooked and crispy.
Now, take out the dosa from the pan and cook another dosa in the same way.
Serve it hot with Sambhar or any chutney you like.
