Banana flower

Required things:

 Banana flower - 1

Lentils - quarter cup

Green lentils - quarter cup

Boiled rice - half a cup

Dried chillies - 3

Salt - the required amount

Large powder - half a spoon

Good oil - the required amount

Recipe:

Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Next add lentils, green lentils, rice and soak for 3 hours. Next, add dried chillies and grind well. Next, grind the flour with the banana, salt, eggplant powder, dissolve it in water, pour the oil and bake it.

Potato spice chapati roll

Required things:

 Onion - 2

Cumin - a quarter teaspoon

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder - foot pinch,

Chili powder - a tablespoon

Salt, oil, ghee - the required amount

Carrots - 1

Wedge - 1

Chili - 2

Coriander - a little

Potatoes - 2

Recipe:

 Chop onion, coriander, carrot and wedges into powder. Boil and mash the potatoes. Add a little salt and water to the wheat flour, knead into chapati flour and soak for half an hour. Put the pan in the oven, pour oil in it, add cumin and curry leaves, add chopped onion and fry till golden. Once the onion is golden brown, add the carrots, wedges and green chillies and fry. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and stir well. Now add the mashed potatoes and saut until well combined with the mashed potatoes. Put the dosa stone in the oven and when it is hot, rub the dough into chapatis, put it on the dosa stone, add ghee and bake back and forth until golden. Finally rub the potato spice on top of these chapatis and roll it up and serve. If desired, add potato seasoning, pour tomato sauce over it and serve. Prepare delicious potato masala chapati roll.
