Sweet Gulab Jamun
You must have made and eaten gulab jamuns of maida, paneer, chocolate, rice and bread, but today we are going to tell you the recipe of sweet gulab jamun.
Method of making
To make sugar syrup, cook the sugar and water till it thickens. Then add some milk to give the cream texture to the gulab jamuns. Add cardamom powder as soon as a wire syrup is formed.
To make sweet potato gulab jamun, first wash it. Put half a cup of water in a cooker on high flame and cook the sweet potato by applying 1 city. Then when the sweet potato cools down, peel and mash it well. To make smooth dough, add flour and milk.
Take small balls from the dough and make round round Gulab Jamun in shape. Then add raisins to it.
Then keep the oil in a pan on low heat to heat. Once the oil is hot, put the prepared balls and deep fry till it becomes golden.
Dip the fried gulab jamun in sugar syrup and finally garnish with grated almonds.
Once the gulab jamuns are soft, take them out in a bowl with sugar syrup. Your sweet gulab jamuns are ready.
Orange Cashew Katli
Cashew Katli is an Indian dessert made for festivals like Diwali. With the help of very few things this dessert can be easily made during any special occasion or festivals. Today we are going to tell your unique recipe of cashew katli ie Orange cashew katli.
Material
Cashew - 2 cups of good quality
Milk Powder - 1/4 cup
Orange Zest - 1 Tbsp
Fresh orange juice - ½ cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Orange color
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Silver work for decoration
Method of making:
Fry cashews on very low heat and then cool completely and freeze for about 6-8 hours.
Make a fine powder by grinding cashew nuts and add milk powder and mix well.
Now to make the zest, grate the orange without peel and then juice it.
Make syrup with sugar and orange juice and add orange zest to it. Cook the syrup until you get 1 wire consistency.
After this, add cashew powder in the pan and mix well until no lumps remain.
Then add orange food color. Now add 1 tsp ghee and cook till the mixture thickens. And shake until the mixture is cool to the touch.
Grease the dough with wax paper, making sure the dough is smooth and thick.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough and spread ghee over it. Decorate with silver foil. With a large knife or cutter, cut the cashew katli in a diamond shape.

Apple Jalebi

Material
Apple - 1
Saffron - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Pistachios - 1 teaspoon
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Water - 3 cups
Ghee - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 cup
Method of making:
Combine all the purples flour and water in a bowl and then leave it to form overnight.
Make sugar syrup with the remaining water and sugar until the mixture thickens, once ready, add some saffron to add fragrance and good taste to the jalebis.
Then wash the apple and cut it into round slices. Then make a hole from the center with the help of a cutter.
After this, take a format batter and adjust it with water to improve its flow.
Now heat ghee in a pan. Once the ghee is ready, dip the apple slices in the solution and then fry them one by one.
Soak the fried slices in sugar syrup and garnish with pistachios after garnishing them with silver foil.

Condensed Milk Coconut Laddu
Material
Fresh Coconut - 1 cup grated
Semolina - 2 tablespoons
Whole Cream Milk - 1/4 Cup
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Green cardamom - 2-3
Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, cashews) - 1/4 cup
For Garnish: 1/2 cup grated coconut
Method of making:
Fry semolina in a heavy bottom pan. Keep stirring it continuously and as soon as it starts to get a little golden and a nice fragrance, take it out and keep it aside. Fry grated coconut in the same pan.
When the coconut is slightly roasted, add semolina, powdered cardamom and milk. Mix until the condensed milk is absorbed and the semolina is cooked.
Now add condensed milk and dry fruits and cook till it becomes thick pulp. Turn off the heat and keep it aside until the mixture cools down so that you can touch it with your hands. Sprinkle grated coconut in the plate for the ladoos.
To make laddus, lubricate your palms with some ghee or oil and now take a small lump of mixture and roll it into a smooth surface. There should be no cracks in it.
Once rolled roll the balls over the grated coconut so that it is completely covered.
Keep it in a clean plate and leave it as is for a few hours.
Your Yummy Coconut Laddu is ready to be eaten.
Bread Rasgulla
Who does not like sweet food. Mouth watering comes on hearing the name of the dessert, so we are talking about a very quick dessert called Bread Rasgulla recipe and it is very easy to make. They become very tasty and excellent at a low cost.
Method of making:
First of all pour water in a pan, then add sugar and mix. Stir the sugar until it dissolves well in the water. Cook it for 5 minutes to make syrup. Then add powdered cardamom powder and mix well and turn off the gas. Take care not to thicken the sugar syrup because sugar syrup is made thin for rasgulla.
To make rasgulla, cut the sides of the bread and break the bread into small pieces, put it in a mixer jar and grind it into powder. Now mix milk and powdered bread powder in a pan and mix well. If the mixture starts to dry then add some more milk. Now cook the mixture for one to two minutes.
After that add ghee and mix it well and let it cook for a while. When the mixture stops sticking in the pan, turn off the gas and cool it down by taking out the mixture in a plate. After that, mash it smooth and prepare it like kneaded flour. Now to make balls of bread rasgulla, take a little bit of the prepared mixture in your hands and make the balls.
Make all the rasgulla balls and keep them first, now put the sugar syrup on the gas to heat up again. Pick up the balls of each rasgulla and pour it into the syrup and cook it in the syrup for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the gas. Your bread rasgulla is ready. Serve it cold.
