Yes, today we will make Veg Pizza McPuff and that too in very easy way. Well, flour is used to make it, but if we want to make it healthy, then we will use wheat flour instead of flour. So let's know what we need for this-

We need-

Wheat flour - 2 cups (250 grams)

Salt - as per taste

Paneer - 1/2 cup grated (optional)

Baking Powder - ½ tsp

Carrot - ½ cup (finely chopped)

French Beans - 4 cups (finely chopped)

Capsicum - ½ cup (finely chopped)

Sweet Corn - 4 cups

Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup (grated)

Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp

Ginger - ½ inch piece (finely chopped)

Garlic - 5 to 6 (finely chopped)

Oregano - ½ tsp (optional)

Oil - for frying

Method of preparation

1-First take out the flour in a big vessel. Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt, baking powder and 2 teaspoons oil to the flour and mix everything well.

2-After this, add finely chopped carrots, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped french beans and sweet corn and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes while stirring continuously.

3-Now add tomato sauce, oregano and salt and mix well. Now after 1 to 2 minutes, add grated cheese and after 2 minutes turn off the gas.

When the stuffing cools down, add mozzarella cheese to it and mix it well.

How to make Veg Pizza McPuff

1-Now to make Veg Pizza McPuff, mash the dough with a little hand and make it smooth. After this, make dough of equal size of dough.

2-Now take the dough with a rolling pin and make it a little thicker than the size of a roti. Then with the help of a knife cut the roti into two halves long and wide.

Apply water around the edges of the 3-sheet. After this, spread about one teaspoon of stuffing in one piece, leaving it at the edge and spread it lengthwise and keep the second plane sheet on top of the stuffing sheet and apply pressure with light hands on all four sides.

With the help of 4-fork, make a mark by giving slight pressure all around. With this, this sheet sticks well and looks good too. Put this prepared pizza puff in a tray and prepare all the pizza puffs in this way.

(NOTE: You can also use gujiya mold to make veg pizza macup, if you want, it will be very easy to give you a shape.)

Keep the 5-in pizza puff in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

6 - To make Veg Pizza McPuff, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. When the medium is hot oil, take a pizza puff and put it in the hot oil. Fry the pizza puffs in the pan until they turn golden brown. Fry all the pizza puffs in this manner.

(NOTE: It takes 6 to 7 minutes to fry a one-time pizza puff)

7-hot crispy and tasty pizza puffs are ready, you can also eat them with tomato sauce, mustard sauce and mayonnaise.
