Clare Carey is an American actress known for her work in film and television. She was born on June 11, 1967, in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), but was raised in Santa Clara, California.
Carey started her acting career in the 1990s with small roles in films such as "Waxwork II: Lost in Time" and "Tank Girl". She also appeared in several television shows, including "Beverly Hills, 90210", "Coach", and "Ellen".
In 1998, Carey landed a recurring role as Kelly Fox in the NBC drama series "ER". She later appeared in several other popular TV series, including "Jericho", "So Little Time", and "The Mentalist". Carey also had a recurring role on the FX series "Justified" as Wynn Duffy's ex-wife, Katherine Hale.
In addition to her work in film and television, Carey has also appeared in numerous theater productions, including "The Glass Menagerie" and "The Country Girl".
Carey has been married to television writer and producer Seth Kurland since 2004, and they have two children together.
