Delicious And Tasty Chana Chaat Recipe
Here is the recipe of chana chaat. It tastes delicious and it can made very quickly and black chickpea is very good for our health, so one can have it in breakfast or you can have it as a snack at tea time.

Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of black chickpea (kaala chana) soaked over night
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 boiled potato
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chilies
- Chopped green coriander
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- Green chutney
- Tamarind chutney
- 1 spoon red chili powder
- ½ spoon coriander powder
- ½ spoon chaat masala
- ½ spoon dry mango powder
- ½ spoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 Cheese cube
- 1 glass water

Method:
- Take a pressure cooker, add 1 glass of water and half spoon salt, add all the chickpea and cook for 2 to 3 whistle. When the pressure comes out, take it out in a bowl.
- Add tomato, green chilies and onion.
- Add potato and ginger garlic paste.
- Add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt.
- Add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Take it out in a serving bowl.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves, lemon juice and grate cheese on the top.

Healthy and tasty chana chaat is ready to serve.
