The discipline plays most important role in your life to achieve great heights in every field you know. Withour discipline. There is a beautiful saying "Discipline separates the great from mediocres". Some people that have little bit of talent about some thing, they think they don't need to learn more, they take the things for granted and hence their life becomes average, they don't do any great in there life.
A less talented person having discipline can do much better than those that have talent but they don't utilize fully. Without discipline, you can't fully utilize your potential.
Especially for young generation, it is very important to be bound in some sort of discipline. People should make discipline according to their personality, they should not follow some one else's discipline blindly. Everyone has unique personality, so they must design their discipline themselves, follow it religiously.
Discipline is acquired when you control your thoughts. Without controlling the thoughts, you will be wandering all your life and your life will become complete mess.
