  Bollywood is a storehouse of talent. Some made name in Bollywood through their acting while some remained backstage and got famous through their script writing as well as directing. Few of the renowned people from Bollywood passed away in 2019.

Rajkumar Barjatya passed away on 21st Feb, 2019. He was a film producer and was as integral part of Rajshri Productions formed by his family. He produced films like 'Hum Aapke Hai koun, Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon and Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo'.

Navtej Hundal passed away on 8th April, 2019. He was a film actor who acted in films like Khalnayak and URI- The Surgical Strike.

Ajay Devgan's father Veeru Devgan also passed away on 27th May, 2019. He was renowned Indian Stuntman, film and action director. He directed movies like Ishq, Jaan and Prem.

Next was Girish Karnad. He was an actor and a director. He was known for his work in South cinema and has been a part of Ek Tha Tiger and it's sequel Tiger Zinda Hai. He passed away on 10th June, 2019.

Vijaya Nirmala Krishna passed away on 27th June, 2019. She was an actress, producer and director. She entered Guinness Book Of World Records as she was the 1st female director to direct most films in a single year.

On 15th August, 2019; Vidya Sinha too breathed her last. She was an actress and acted in movies like Pati, Patni aur Woh & Chhoti Si Baat.

The famous Kalia from Sholay breathed his last on 30th September, 2019. Viju Khote has been a part of Hindi and Marathi Cinema. He acted in Golmaal 3.

Another actor, producer and director passed away on 31st October, 2019. His name is Raju Mavani. Shootout at Wadala and Jai Ho are two of the in which he acted.

The wife of the renowned poet Kaifi Azmi breathed her last on 22nd Nov, 2019. She is Shaukat Azmi. She acted in Umrao Jaan and Heer Ranjha.

Last but not the least, a legendary actor passed away recently. Dr. Shriram Lagoo breathed his last on 17th Dec, 2019. He was ENT surgeon and then took up the acting career. He acted in Sarfarosh, Kala Bazaar and Kishan Kanhaiya.
