In yesterday’s episode of Sanjivani 2, Dadi consoles a dejected Ishaani. N.V. gets an asthma attack. Ishaani gives him injection on time and saves his life. N.V. is happy for Ishaani and tells her to sign the contract and join Sanjivani. In tonight’s episode, we see Bittu meets Ishaani (Surbhi Chandna)and hugs her. All sit down to have dinner. Bittu tells everyone that she wanted to give good news to them. She tells them they are going to shift from Delhi to Mumbai permanently. N.V. (Gaurav Chopra) is happy for Bittu. Bittu eats the food and compliments Ishaani as the food is very tasty. The cook says he has made the dishes and Ishaani does not know to cook. Dadi tells so what even N.V. does not know to cook. Bittu says Ishaani can learn cooking. Dadi says Ishaani is a doctor and she has to attend so many patients so she does not have time to learn cooking. .
N.V. tells Dadi that Ishaani is going to attend her first session in Sanjivani. Ishaani gets disturbed and gets up and goes to her room. Bittu asks why is she going to the guest room. The house help tells that Ishaani and N.V. sleep separately. Bittu is shocked to hear it. Dadi tells that Ishaani has to work and study her cases so she does not want to disturb N.V that is why she sleeps in the guest room. Dadi tells that husband and wife should give space to each other. Bittu finds it weird and thinks something is wrong.
N.V. apologies Ishaani for Bittu’s behavior. N.V. tells Ishaani to be comfortable and sleep and he will sleep in the side. Ishaani tells goodnight and goes to sleep (kamoshiya tere mere kamoshiya track plays in the background). Ishaani tries to sleep but is not feeling comfortable sleeping beside N.V. Ishaani gets up and sees a photo frame in which her and N.V.’s marriage photo is kept. Ishaani gets up and goes out of the room. N.V. watches her go and gets upset.
Next day morning, Dadi does aarti of Ishaani as she gets ready to go to Sanjivani. Dadi blesses her and wishes her all the best. N.V. tells Ishaani will treat her first patient today. Dadi tells N.V. that he should support Ishaani to overcome all her fears. .
Meanwhile in Sanjivani, Rahiil, and Rishab watch the Board as who will do the surgery They are shocked to see Ishaani’s name. Rishab sees N.V. and Ishaani and wishes them a good day. Rishab and Rahiil both wish Ishaani for her first surgery after so long. Rishab taunts Ishaani as she got this surgery because of N.V. and tells that they came to Sanjivani just to have coffee and smiles. Rahil tells Ishaani that everything is changed but not Rishab. Rahiil tells Ishaani that he has full faith in her and tells her she can do it. Ishaani tells she cannot do the surgery as she is not worth it and erases her name from the board.
Ishaani comes to attend the patient and tells her that she can get her surgery done by Rishab as he is one of the best surgeons. When N.V. comes inside the room, Ishaani tells him that the patient wants her surgery to be done by Rishab. N.V. asks the patient from whom she wants to be operated. The patient tells she wants to be operated by Dr. Ishaani. N.V. gets happy and smiles.
In the precap, N.V. tells Ishaani how many times she will erase her name from the board he will write it again and again.
