What is RAFALE and How the rafale fighter jet works


Rafale fighter jet is invented by the Dassault Aviation. It is located at France. Rafale means forced air in French language. To make rafale jet it costs upto 1400 crores.

There are three types of rafale:
  • Rafale B is 2 seater jet
  • Rafale C is 1 seater jet
  • Rafale M is 1 seater and having arresting hook which is used while landing.
-Rafale fighter jets are shaped in Delta because while flying, jet will have the stability and agility.
-Agility means jet can easily change the directions.
Rafale fighter jet will have the stealth property, it is a special coating on the jet which cannot reflect the radars.
-Meteon and SCALP are the advanced missiles used in air to air and also in air to surface combats. Range is 3000 km and handle nuclear bombs.
-Rafale fighter jets are made with 70% of composite materials which is very strong.
-Rafale jets are 3 times faster than the normal flights.
-Empty weight of jet is 10tons.
-Hemlet used by the pilot is very strong and highly secure.

Helmet-Targo-|| can easily identify enemy jet. Pilots wear gravitational is also called as G-suit.
-Flare decoys are used to confuse the enemy's infrared missiles.
-AESA radar system can easily shoot the missiles and also show the 3D map of the battle field.
