The leaders of India, who claim simplicity in front of the public in elections, themselves shed crores of rupees in their son-daughters wedding like water. The latest example of this is Health Minister B.R. Sriramulu. BJP leader B.C. Sriramulu is going to marry his daughter Rakshita in royal style on March 5, which is estimated to cost more than Rs 500 crores.
1. B. Sriramulu Daughter Wedding
In Karnataka, Dalit leader B. Sriramulu is going to maintain the record in terms of expenses in weddings. One lakh people have been invited for this much-awaited wedding lasting nine days. Apart from top politicians, 500 priests have been invited to this grand wedding.
This royal wedding is going to take place at the Palace Ground which is spread over 40 acres. Art directors have been called from Bollywood who are making the set. B. Sriramulu has invited Bollywood artist Deepika Padukone makeup artist to decorate Rakshita.
It is being told that this wedding will be the biggest wedding of this decade.
2. Janardhana Reddy Daughter Wedding

B. Sriramulu close friend and mining mafia leader of Karnataka is G. Janardhana Reddy. In 2016 former Karnataka government minister G. Janardhana Reddy had spent Rs 500 crore on his daughter's wedding. This royal wedding had become a national issue.

According to Reddy, more than 50,000 guests attended this wedding. At the wedding only 60 million rupees were spent on catering. The diamond-studded diamond-studded necklace was valued at Rs 25 crore.
3. Gadkari Daughter Wedding

In the year 2016, Ketki daughter of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari was married. It is said that VVIPs had reached Nagpur from about 50 chartered planes to attend this royal wedding. However, Gadkari office dismissed the news as incorrect.
