Ingredients:
- Paneer - 100 grams
- Chopped Carrot - 1/4 cup
- Chopped Beans - 1/4 cup
- Chopped Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilies - 2
- Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp
- Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Cooked Basmati Rice - 1 cup
- Salt as per taste
Cooking Process:
- First keep a pan on stove and switch on the flame.
- Add 2 tsp of oil to it.
- Now add chopped paneer to it.
- Let them fry until they turn golden brown in color.
- Once paneer pieces are fried transfer them to a plate and keep them a side.
- Now add chopped green chilies and ginger garlic paste to the pan.
- Saute them well for 1 minute.
- Add chopped capsicum to it and saute well.
- Now add chopped carrot and beans to it.
- Let them cook for a while until they become soft.
- Now add tomato sauce, green chili sauce and soya sauce to it.
- Mix them well and add salt to it.
- Now add cooked rice to it and mix well.
- Add fried paneer to it and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of vinegar to it and mix well.
- Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Switch of the flame, easy paneer fried rice is ready.
Simple paneer fried rice is ready, take a serving bowl and dish out the paneer fried rice to it. Serve hot and enjoy the taste of paneer fried rice.
