Do you Know How to prepare bajji chilli chutney


Ingredients needed:
Bajji chilli-4
Oil-as required
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Gram dal-1 tbsp
Dry red chilli-1
Garlic-5
Onion-1
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves-1/.4 cup
Mustard-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-as required

Method:
  • Chop onion and keep it in aside.
  • Cut bajji chilli into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add gram dal and keep stirring in a low flame.

  • Add dry red chilli and saute for a minute.
  • Then add garlic and saute well.
  • Add sliced onion and keep stirring in a medium flame.
  • After 5 minutes add chopped bajji chilli and saute well.
  • Add coriander leaves and saute for a minute.

  • Now add required salt.
  • After 5 minutes grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
  • Add mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute well.
  • Pour it into a grinded smooth paste.
  • Now bajji chilli chutney is ready.
  • Serve hot with dosa.
