Ingredients needed:
Bajji chilli-4
Oil-as required
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Gram dal-1 tbsp
Dry red chilli-1
Garlic-5
Onion-1
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves-1/.4 cup
Mustard-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-as required

Method:
- Chop onion and keep it in aside.
- Cut bajji chilli into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add gram dal and keep stirring in a low flame.

- Add dry red chilli and saute for a minute.
- Then add garlic and saute well.
- Add sliced onion and keep stirring in a medium flame.
- After 5 minutes add chopped bajji chilli and saute well.
- Add coriander leaves and saute for a minute.

- Now add required salt.
- After 5 minutes grind it into a smooth paste.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute well.
- Pour it into a grinded smooth paste.
- Now bajji chilli chutney is ready.
- Serve hot with dosa.
