Ingredients
Beetroot -3
Green chilli-4-5
Onion-2
Salt
Curry leaves Oil-2tbsp plus 1tsp
Method
In a kadai heat oil ,add onion slices ,green chilli ,curryleaves and salt .
Saute till the onion become translucent . Then add grated beetroot, mix well ..
Close the Kadai and cook.Stir in between ..
When cooked well, open the kadai and stir it till all the water has gone ..
Check the taste .. Adjust accordingly.
So the easy tasty beetroot upperi is ready to serve .
