According to Swami Ramdev, to live a healthy life for 100 years, at least 20 minutes of daily exercise is mandatory. Exercise makes us physically and mentally strong.
According to Swami Ramdev, yoga is the only way through which we can become virtues. By doing 1 hour of yoga daily which includes meditation and breathing exercises, we can lead a brighter life.
At the same time, it is also important to pay attention to our diet, by eating healthy and nutritious diet.
Following are rules of Swami Ramdev that will keep you healthy for 100 years-
1. Wake up before sun rising and drink plenty of water-
Make a habit of getting up before the sun rises. Drink 2 to 3 glasses of clean water in the morning. People who have obesity, cholesterol and constipation should drink light lukewarm water. Those who do not have any of these diseases can drink plain water.
2. Dinking water only in sitting position-
We should drink water by sitting because when we drink water in standing position , it harms our knees and joint in a very bad manner.
3. Drinking Aloe Vera and gooseberry juice-

If you drink Aloe Vera and gooseberry juice with water, it will be very beneficial for you. Just one month after morning, after drinking a little spoon of Aloe Vera juice in a lukewarm water, the weight of 2 to 3 kg can be reduced.
4. Basil leaves-
Get up in the morning and chew 2 to 4 basil leaves. After that drink two glasses of water. By doing this you will feel refreshed all day. Basil's antioxidant elements save the body from diseases like cancer.
5.Daily 20 minutes for exercise-
Every morning, do breathing exercises for 20 minutes. The 20 minute exercise you got up in the morning will keep you fit for 24 hours.
6. Healthy breakfast-
You must have heard people saying many times that breakfast should be consumed. We must include fruits and nutritious foods in our breakfast.
7. Stay away from tea-
Many people have a habit of drinking tea as soon as they wake up in the morning. Tea drinkers can stay complaining of acidity and chest irritation as soon as they wake up in the morning. If you want to drink tea , you can eat lemon tea instead of milk tea.
8. Use of healthy oil for cooking-
We should use mustard oil and Soybean oil instead of refined oils.
Many nutrients are found in mustard and soybean oils, which do not allow you to get old and sick soon.
9. Chewing food properly-
Food should always be chewed properly. This helps in digesting food quickly. Always chewing food and drinking water always provides many benefits to health. Its also beneficial for the health of our liver and kidneys.
10. Eating on right time-

Drinking milk in the morning, drink buttermilk at noon and drink milk half an hour before sleeping at night. Never eat yogurt and buttermilk after sunset.
We should also eat our meal on right time.
